Guildford Conservative Annual Dinner 2017

There are still tickets available for the Guildford Conservatives Annual Dinner 2017, where we welcome Sir Eric Pickles for our flagship fundraising event. Sir Eric has recently published an interesting review document following the General Election.

He is a figure whose plain-speaking and jovial manner make him an engaging guest. We are delighted to give members the opportunity to hear his views and put their thoughts to him, including about his report.

This year, we move back to the Tithe Barn at Loseley Park, catered by the renowned Caper and Berry. Tickets are £69, or £64 for tables of 10 people booked together, and include a three-course meal and coffee.

To book, either call 01483 300330 or visit here to find a flyer and book online.

Could you be a Councillor?

Guildford Conservatives is currently searching for candidates for every area of the Constituency ahead of Borough Council elections in 2019.

There are no requirements for being a Council candidate other than a desire to represent your area and stand up for local people. If you are already involved in the community so much the better but we want to give communities the best possible voice in the Council, whether at Guildford or Waverley Borough Council or Cranleigh Parish Council.

Clearly a broad sympathy with Conservative Party policy and values is needed but you do not have to be a member already or have any history with the party.

Our selection procedure has multiple stages but the first stage is to visit our website and fill in the attached application form. This form is for new applicants, not sitting Councillors.

If you would like to discuss the possibility of candidacy and what it entails, please email agent@guildfordconservatives.com to set up an informal chat.
